At Decoribbo, we take pride in delivering our natural stone and tile collections with the utmost care, professionalism, and efficiency. Every order is handled with precision to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

Please review the details below to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver your order.


Shipping Costs

All orders are subject to a delivery charge calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping fees are determined based on delivery location, order weight, and pallet requirements.

The full shipping cost will be clearly displayed before payment is completed, ensuring complete transparency.


Delivery Timeframes

In-Stock Products

Items marked as In Stock are dispatched promptly and are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

Pre-Order Products

Items marked as Pre-Order are produced or sourced specifically for you. Estimated delivery time is 4–8 weeks, depending on production schedules and availability.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak trading periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control such as courier disruptions or adverse weather conditions.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details (where applicable).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate. Decoribbo cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Delivery Terms

Deliveries are made to kerbside or ground floor level only, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to dispatch.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles. This includes adequate space, safe unloading conditions, and the ability to receive palletised goods where applicable.

If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, absence, or incorrect details, additional delivery charges may apply.


Packaging & Product Care

All natural stone and tile products are professionally packaged to minimise the risk of transit damage.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.


International Shipping

Decoribbo currently delivers within the United Kingdom.

Bespoke & Commercial Projects

For custom orders, trade enquiries, or large-scale commercial projects, delivery schedules and shipping arrangements will be confirmed individually at the time of order.
