To ensure a smooth delivery, the access point must be wide enough, have a hard flat surface, and be free of obstacles, as all deliveries are kerbside using a tail-lift and manual pump truck.
Our trucks require solid road surfaces such as tarmac, block paving, or concrete and do not operate on soft ground; additionally, we do not use hi-ab/crane delivery vehicles.
