Product images are helpful, but natural stone should be seen and handled before making a final decision. A sample helps you understand the colour tone, finish, texture, veining and how the stone works with your bathroom, kitchen, hallway or interior scheme.

What samples cannot guarantee

A sample is a guide, not an exact match. Natural marble, travertine and limestone can vary between blocks, batches and future stock. Veining, tone, markings and movement may differ across a full order.

From sample to full order

Once you have chosen your material, measure carefully and speak to your installer before placing the full order. We recommend allowing extra material for cuts, waste and future repairs, especially for mosaics, herringbone, chequerboard and natural stone layouts.

For most tile projects, allow 10–15% extra for cuts and wastage.
